Functions as a financial fact-finding committee. Prepares the annual League budget, advises the Board of Directors on dues, fines and assessments. Meets twice a year.

Coordinates and develops new and existing fund raising activities including, but not limited to corporate underwriting, grant and Holiday letter.

All members

Plans and makes arrangements for all social functions and general meetings; plans June luncheon and holiday party. Must arrive at general meetings early and stay after to clean up.

Investigates eligibility of candidates proposed for membership. Plans and hosts Admissions events in June and August, followed by September through February involvement.

Prepares lists of members eligible for Board positions and ballot for League Reporter. Committee meets once in February.

Evaluates all voluntary service and interviews members for placement on projects and committees; develops attendance policy; leads group in placement discussions in March.

Receives ideas for changes or additions to the by-laws and standing rules; recommends any changes to the membership for approval; busiest time in January through April; varies year to year.

Responsible for the design and maintenance of the web site.

Compiles, lays out and produces the annual report. Busiest time is April through July.

Plans special programs for General Meetings and educational or "outside" social events for the year (e.g. Pasadena Showcase.)

Compiles and lays out the Reporter monthly and has copies made; arranges for the mailing; writing, typing and spelling skills are necessary.

Mails out the monthly newsletter.

Documents league activities through photos; works closely with Annual Newsletter person. Time commitment varies. Needs a camera.

Press relations.

Responsible for writing a monthly expose for the selected spotlight member of the month.
